MoI Customer Happiness Centers Achieve High Scores in the Global Star Rating System
Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Ka’bi, Head of the Customer Happiness Department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) revealed that the Ministry made a qualitative leap in the efficiency of governmental services provided by the Ministry’s Customer Happiness Centers at the UAE level. He noted that the MoI achieved high ranking in the Global Star Rating System third assessment executed by the Prime Minister Office to rate government service centers with the aim to achieve customer happiness.
He said that the number of centers evaluated at the level of the federal government in the third session was 167 centers from 20 federal agencies, including 13 centers of the Ministry of the Interior have obtained advanced centers according to the system of stars of the global classification of services.
