The Directorate General of Strategy and Performance Development, represented by the Excellence and Leadership Department organized 53 workshops and training courses for the Minister of Interior Awards’ standards during 2019. The workshops reviewed mechanisms of presentation, assessment, preparations and readiness to receive residents, with 1930 staff members benefitting from the plans of spreading institutional excellence culture.
