The Regional Program on Community Based Policing to Combat Extremism, hosted by the Ministry of Interior in partnership with the National Defense University in Washington - Center for Strategic Studies for the Near East and South Asia, was launched in Abu Dhabi. The program aims to exchange experiences and best practices for enhancing societal security and reducing negative phenomena and behaviors that threaten the security of societies.
This international training program will run until June 30, with the participation of experts and specialists from all over the world. It will discuss the best capacity-building ways that can help step up the efforts of governments represented by the police authorities.
