Al Nuaimi and a US Official Review Child Protection Efforts
Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Higher Committee for Child Protection at the Ministry of Interior, met Susan Jacobs, Special Advisor for Children’s Issues at the US Department of State.
Al Nuaimi stressed the keenness of the UAE, and its international cooperation in child protection, by adopting the best international police, technological, and procedural practices. He pointed to the role and efforts of the Ministry of Interior in this field, as well as following up on relevant initiatives and projects, which make the UAE a cultural beacon for excellence in child protection, and achieve the government’s vision in this regard.
For her part, Jacobs praised the UAE’s efforts in child protection, and its international role and initiatives, which are considered a role model in this field.
