The General Directorate of Naturalization, represented by the Department of Naturalization in Abu Dhabi, yesterday morning at the Dalma Mall launched a new initiative intended to spread knowledge about the Ministry of Interior's smart applications, to help provide customers with excellent service in their places of residence, and to answer their queries and observations regarding the services of the Department of Naturalization in Abu Dhabi without having to attend the service centers. 

The initiative, themed " Don't worry, we reached you" was launched by Brigadier Saeed Rakan Al Rashidi, Director General of Naturalization in the presence of Brigadier Yousef Al Khouri, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, Colonel Murshed Hamad Al Mazrouie, Director of the Naturalization Department in Abu Dhabi and a number of officers and employees. 

Al Rashidi explained that the initiative aims at informing the public about the smart electronic services available through the Ministry of the Interior's smart application, such as the possibility of renewing citizens' passports in shopping centers and cooperative societies

"We aim to also inform the public of the advantages of our smart service and about the methods of data entry and the best use of the application, so that they can get quick services that meet the international standards", he added.
