The Private Security Companies Organization Department at the General Directorate of Security Support at the Ministry of Interior launched the ’Smart Training System’ and its updated website. This aims to promote smart services and leverage advanced technical systems based on the highest standards to develop work, in a way that aligns with the Ministry’s strategic goals.
The new system and revamped website were announced during a meeting that brought together the department’s officers, strategic partners and private security companies’ owners. The event was held in Ajman.
The system includes a number of smart services, including various internal messaging system, which enhances the speed of communication and information transmission, and contains a system of remote work, which contributes to raise the level of productivity and satisfaction of employees and dealers, and included a special command and control system used to facilitate the process of communication with guards .
The system also includes comprehensive smart training and is an integrated training system through a curriculum to train workers in the private security sector within the professional qualifications of the third level, which in turn works to contribute to the rehabilitation of guards, in addition to programs to train and attract national cadres to work in the field of private security.
The development also included the licensing website, which is easy to use with the availability of all key vital services, and provides intelligent interactive services aimed at delivering services quickly and quality.
Through this system, the department aims to enhance its efforts in providing high-level services that contribute to the upgrading and development of work in accordance with the strategy of adopting institutional innovation and investment by qualified and trained human cadres, in addition to reducing the time of transactions, facilitating the journey of customers and reducing paper transactions to zero according to sustainable environmental practice.
