A delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) visited the Ministry of Interior (MoI) to review the latter’s experience, practices and services provided in fields of happiness, institutional innovation and human resources. The revision took place at Al Ittihad Hall at the MoI.
Lt. Colonel Saeed Mohammed Al Zouhouri, Head of Customer Happiness Department at the MoI received the visiting delegation. He presented a detailed explanation of the plans, strategies and practices adopted to develop customer happiness and institutional innovation services. He also shed light on how to achieve best results in improving and facilitating customer happiness services, and receiving government services in a streamlined and innovative manner.
