Eight members of the Air Wing Department at the Ministry of Interior benefited from a refresher course in search and rescue.
The course included search and rescue scenarios in different conditions, at night or during the day, on the land or in the sea, in the valleys or mountains, with a view to improving their accident management skills, as well as learning about the best practices for transporting patients and the injured to hospitals using the latest equipment.
The Air Operations, Maintenance and Training Department s of the Air Wing were honored for their efforts in making the training courses a success.
Colonel pilot Salem Khalifa Salem Al Swuaidi, Deputy Director of the Air Wing Department at the Ministry of Interior, praised the sincere efforts of the staff in providing community service.
