Launched on Tuesday in Manama, Bahraini, the 32nd meeting of the Director Generals of Criminal Investigations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states has discussed the implementation of the decisions of GCC Ministers of Interior related to sharing of information, expertise and knowledge as well asconsolidation of the plans and efforts to enhance the security and stability of the GCC States
The delegation of the Ministry of the Interior was headed by Brigadier Hamad Ajlan Al-Amimi, Director General of the Federal Criminal Police of the Ministry, who stressed the keenness of the GCC countries to enhance police coordination to achieve the vision of the GCC leaders and serve their peoples.
The participants discussed a number of topics on the agenda, which will enhance the efforts of the GCC countries to exchange views and police expertise and work to unite and exchange data.
A co-located exhibition was held todisplay part of the efforts of the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain in enhancing its security, as well as itsmeans for combating crime and tools and techniques it used to enhance the readiness of police forces for security events.
The delegation of the Ministry of the Interior included Brigadier Rashid Saeed Al Qishi, Col. Mohammad Rashid Al Habsi, Col. Ibrahim Al- Ajil, Colonel Adel Al Joker and Major Obeid Salmin Al Alawi.
