As part of the Ajman Police GHQ's celebration of the "Year of Giving" and the GCC Traffic Week held under the slogan "your life is a trust", the Media and Public Relations Section, in coordination with the Traffic and Patrols Department, has organized an initiative "charity and safety headsets ".
Targeting drivers on the emirate's roads, the initiative aims to consolidate the values of charity, community responsibility and traffic safety by warning drivers against the use of mobile phones while driving.
Mobile phones headsets were distributed to drivers to use while driving. They were also given awareness brochures containing precautionary tips such as avoiding the use of mobile phone while driving. This will help decrease traffic accidents and ensure public safety.
