The Customer Happiness Department at the Happiness Directorate General, the Ministry of Interior, hosted an introductory workshop to examine the new criteria pertaining to the Global Star Rating System for services. The workshop was attended by directors and supervisors of Customer Happiness Centers at the Ministry and other channels and took place in the Conference Room at the ministry’s headquarters.
