The General Directorate of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior (MoI), in cooperation with the MoI Innovation Center organized a brainstorming session on customer happiness in line with the initiatives of the MoI happiness and well-being program. Held at the InterContinental Dubai, the session was attended by representatives of 19 local and federal government entities.
