MoI among the Best Government Entities in the Service Delivery Challenge 360
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) represented by the Unified Communications Center at the Happiness Directorate General was ranked among the best government entities in managing feedback and complaints in the Service Delivery Challenge 360 organized by the Prime Minister’s Office. The challenge included in its first stage 14 federal governmental entities.
