Director of the General Department of Community Happiness in Dubai police Major General Mohammed Sa'eed Al Marri had an open meeting with the department's staff members on the occasion of the International Day of Happiness.
Held in Hamdan bin Mohammed hall under the title "Job Happiness and Positivism", the open meeting was attended by Brigadier Khalid Shuhail, deputy of the department and Colonel Arif bu Shaqer Al Falasi, director of administrative affairs at the department.
Al Marri honored a number of distinguished employees within the department, including the job stratification survey team 2016, the Happiness Day team which comprised employees from the international training service department, sport affairs department, police officers club department, and security media department.
Honorees also included Lt. Sultan Al Mulla, 1st Sergeant Shafi' Hassan Abdullah who invented the idea of launching the happiness day and Fatima Abu Hujair, a distinguished employee in the operational field in the 2017.
He praised all the employees for their efforts in achieving the goals of the Department, and listened to some employees on their experience of work within Dubai police.
He directed them to keep working as group in order to reach advanced positions, emphasizing the importance of maintaining team spirit in the administrative work and willingness on exchanging expertise among each other.
