A delegation from the Sharjah International Airport headed by Norah Mesbeh Al Mazroui, Human Resources Director at the Airport reviewed the Ministry of Interior (MoI) experience in managing innovation and suggestions at the Ministry.
The delegation met with Major Faisal Ismail Al Khoury at the Ministry of Interior for Innovation, General Directorate for Strategy and Performance Development, headed by Norah Musabeh Al Mazrouei. Head of the Center's proposals section.
A discussion has been made about ways to enhance cooperation, coordination and exchange of experiences between the two sides in the field of innovative proposals.
Al-Khoury presented the organizational structure of the center, the work of the ministry, the ministry's experience in the system of proposals and the mechanisms of its work, and the system's incentive mechanism aimed at achieving the seventh objective of the Ministry of Interior's strategy of institutionalizing innovation in institutional work.
