Brigadier Yousef Ismail Al Khouri, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, was briefed on the services offered byBani Yas and Khalifeh passport centers.

During the visit, Brigadier Al-Khouri listened to a number of comments from the employees and customers to develop and improve the work and achieve their satisfaction, stressing the importance of accomplishing the work in the most optimum manner, and overcoming all challenges to ensure the happiness of customers.

He stressed the importance of continuous work to ensure provision of high-quality services, in line with the directives of the higher leadership to enhance the process of security and safety in accordance with the highest standards of institutional excellence.

Brigadier Yousef Al-Khouri urged the employees to do more to complete the transactions of customers, to gain their satisfaction and provide excellent services for them. He called on the public to visit the passports offices located near their areas of residence or work as this would save their time and efforts.

Bani Yas and Khalifa passports centers provide various services including issuanceand renewalof passports for citizens, issuance and cancellation of entry permits of all types, issuance and renewal of residence permits, editingor transferring information to a new passport, renewal of Establishment card "processedat the Musaffah PassportsOffice, and the reporting of sponsors and domestic workers.

Brigadier Yousef Al-Khouri was accompanied by Colonel Abdullah bin Karoua Al Falahi, Director of the Department of Entry and Residency Permits, Major Majid Al Tamimi, Head of Media and Public Relations, and Major Musallam Al Rashidi, Head of the Outer Regions Service Centers at the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi.
