Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) attended the Future Government Services Forum organized by the Customer Happiness Department at the Ministry of Interior under the MoI’s Happiness and Wellbeing Program in line with the Fifth Customer Happiness Diploma for 2019. The event was held at the InterContinental Hotel in Festival City in Dubai.
