Smart Investigation Video Service Inaugurated at the Ministry of Interior
Inspector General at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi inaugurated the distant smart service, which uses the video communication technology to investigate the complaints sent to the Inspector General's office.
"The service highlights the Ministry's commitment to provide elite services to the public, without the need to visit the Inspector General's Office to follow up their complaints", said Major General Al Raisi.
"The service also aims to promote the Ministry's values in achieving honesty, fairness and in dealing with complaints transparently, a part of streamlining the investigation process for the disputing parties ", he added.
The investigation officer who is present at the Inspector General's office headquarters receives the statements of disputing parties through three locations which have been designated for this purpose : the first location is the Community Police building in Ras Al Khaimah, the second is the Al Sinaiyiah Comprehensive Police Station in Sharjah, and the third location is the Al Medina Comprehensive Police Station, Al Fujairah, according to the Director of Investigation and Follow up, Colonel Abdullah Ali Al Qadhi
The launching ceremony was attended by Deputy Inspector General, Brigadier Jassim Al Mansouri, Deputy Director General of Electronic Services and Telecommunications at the Ministry, and a number of police officers.
