The Strategy and Performance Department at Ras Al Khaimah police, in collaboration with the ministry of interior, has organized a workshop titled "External Audit" to introduce participants to the quality systems and functions of external audit.

The workshop was presented by Major Ali Mohammed Al Rashidi and Major Faisal Rashid Al Shamesi, from The Ministry of Interior's Quality Department, in the presence of heads and police officers of strategy sections and representatives and members of the quality team at RAK police.

The workshop has addressed numerous issues such as the preparations for conducting external auditing, the mechanism of setting quality goals for the year 2017, and ways of measuring its indicators. The workshop has also emphasized the need for conducting the periodical review of the evidence of quality procedures to ensure continuous improvement, while also stressing the importance of internal audit.

At the end of the workshop, representatives, and members of the quality team at RAK police have expressed the importance of the workshop and stressed the need for implementing its outcomes.
