Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior (MoI), attended the graduation of officers enrolled in the second Higher Leadership Programme held in cooperation with Oxford University; and the third Leadership Competencies held in cooperation with the British International Institute for Leadership and Management. The programmes are organized by the MoI represented by the Leadership Development Center at the at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister Minister of Interior in the meeting hall of the Ministry.
