Dubai Police GHQ participated in the Dubai Government Achievements Exhibition which was launched in the emirate under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. 

Dubai police showcased its latest achievements and smart services aimed at satisfying people and foreseeing the future of police work 

Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, inspected the Dubai police platform at the exhibition and was briefed on the preparations to present the latest achievements and smart services for visitors, in the presence of Major General Al Sallal Saeed bin Huwaidi Al Falasi, Director General of Administration Affairs, Major General Mohammed Saeed Al Marri, Director of the General Department of Community Happiness in Dubai Police and a number of department directors, section heads and officers.

Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police stressed the keenness of the Dubai Police to participate in various sessions of the exhibition to present all that is new and modern in police work in order to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership for excellence, in addition to foreseeing the future in police work and in the field of smart services.

Commander-in-Chief was briefed on the participation of the various departments of the Dubai Police at the exhibition. He listened to an explanation about the Virtual Diploma Program for Combating Human Trafficking and the Dubai Police Mini Museum, which showcased the oldest telephone, computer and wireless device used by Dubai Police in previous stages. The museum also featured photos of Dubai police commanders since its establishment, as well as the Dubai Police old uniforms.

He was also briefed on the intelligent security forecasting system for crime which aims at anticipating the future and predicting the occurrence of crimes according to the figures and statistics that are integrated into the system which gives police officer a prediction about the possibility of a crime in a region.

Commander-in-Chief also inspected the smart services, motorcycles, bicycles and luxury patrols. He also reviewed the virtual applications of police training games and the smart security operations system used to secure events.

Major General Al Marri praised the participation of the Dubai Police in the exhibition, which reflected the development of the force. He took pictures with the police officers and the members of the public.

The Dubai Police stand witnessed a high turnout of representatives of the government departments, participants and visitors to the exhibition. They were briefed on the most important achievements in various fields and listened to a full explanation about the services provided to the community members. They expressed their admiration for the remarkable development both in terms of smart services and awareness programs

On the other hand, Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, reviewed the strategic map of the Transportation Security Department, which was designed to suit the industry of strategic culture for employees at various management levels.

He also reviewed the strategic target achieved by the Transportation Security Department in reaching zero crime per million passengers in metro and tram transport and the plans currently underway to achieve 10 times the target of zero crime per 10 million passengers.

He was also briefed on the initiative of the Intelligent Security Operations System in implementing the field operations. He hoped that the system would ensure optimum benefit and achieve its desired goals.
