MOI Celebrates World Human Rights Day
The Ministry of the Interior celebrated today Monday as part of the United Arab Emirates' celebration of International Human Rights Day, which falls on December 10 of each year, the day on which the United Nations General Assembly adopted in 1948 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, One of the most important principles of equality and non-discrimination.
The Ministry of the Interior, represented by the Human Rights Department, will organize workshops on "47 years of planting Zayed for human rights principles" in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. To highlight the achievements of the Ministry and the efforts exerted in the field of protection of human rights and review the national plan of action during the next three years in this field.
