Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, reviewed the initiative and trial presented by Dr. Khaled Jamal Al-Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR). Dr. Al Swuaidi aims through his Abu Dhabi- Mecca Run initiative to cross a 2070 kilometers distance in 38 days of continues running.

The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Jamal Sanad Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR), along with a number of officers at the Ministry of Interior.
