A joint meeting between the General Directorate of Punitive and Correctional Establishments at the Ministry of Interior and the Zakat Fund has discussed ways to bolster cooperation regarding provision of support and training to inmates.
Deputy Director General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments Brig. Hamad Khamees Al Dhaheri stressed the ministry's keenness to develop partnerships with national institutions to ensure delivery of the best services.
The Fund's delegation was headed by Mohammed Suleiman Al Bloushi, director of the Zakat Beneficiaries' Affairs Department and head of the joint team at the Fund.
