Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaiaili, Head of the Institutional Development Council at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) chaired the first meeting of the Council in 2020 held at the Meetings Hall in the Ministry.

The Council discussed a number of topics on its agenda related to the policies of the Ministry of Interior, development projects and initiatives, and strategic performance indicators and came out with several recommendations that serve security and police work.
