The Customer Happiness department at the ministry of interior has organized a series of workshops on the customer happiness charter and the happiness formula for the representatives of the customer happiness centers in Sharjah and Ajman.
The workshops have witnessed brainstorming sessions on the best ways to enhancing the services offered to the customers to ensure their satisfaction.
The attendees have reiterated the importance of measuring customer satisfaction at the service centers, as part of the initiative earlier launched by the Prime Minister's Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Happiness.
"It is a top priority for the ministry of interior to measure customer satisfaction about the quality of the services offered to them at our service delivery centers", said Captain Sultan Sa'eed Al Mazrouie, Manager of Skills Development branch at the Customer Happiness department.
