MoI Hosts Proactive Services Forum for Civil Defense Customers
The Customer Happiness Department at the Happiness Directorate General, the Ministry of Interior hosted the first Customers’ Forum for 2020 for Civil Defense Customers across the Emirates under the slogan Customize your Own Service’. The forum aims to identify customers’ needs, expectations and views and enhance their readiness for the next 50 years and was held at the Civil Defense Directorate in Umm Al Quwain.
