Police College cadets learn about work of "Guards and Special Tasks"

A delegation of Abu Dhabi Police College cadets was introduced to the work of the General Directorate of Guards and Special Tasks.
Colonel Hamdan Hassan Al Shehhi, Colonel Jassim Mohammed Al Intali and Maj. Abdullah Al Kitoub of the Department of Education at the College accompanied the cadets in their visit to the General Directorate of Guards and Special Tasks.
They toured the various departments where they were briefed on the tasks and duties carried out there such as guarding of government installations and diplomatic bodies, protecting of VIPs, securing of conferences and national events as well as riot control. 
Brigadier Rashid Suhail Al Ali, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Guards and Special Tasks welcomed the cadets and urged them for more efforts to promote the security and stability in the UAE.
