Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Head of the Permanent Higher Commission for Internal Security, attended the graduation of 25 officers from the different police sectors across the UAE after completing the Advanced Security Negotiation’ course. The course is organized by the Ministry of Interior in cooperation with the Dubai Police General Headquarters and the Directorate General of Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior in partnership with the UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA).
