The Ministry of Interior ,represented by the excellence and leadership department at the Directorate General of strategy and performance development, organised the virtual meeting for best practices’ winners of the Minister of interior Excellence Award in its fifth edition ; which was held for three days online with the aim of benefiting from best practices and sharing knowledge and experience between police HQs and ministry’s departments in UAE.

Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, chairman of the Institutional Development Council at the Ministry of Interior, delivered a speech at the opening of the meeting where he stressed the keenness of UAE in being a pioneer and a leader on regional and international levels.

He also congratulated the winners of the Ministry of Interior’s Award of excellence in its fifth edition and pointed out to the importance the ministry gives leadership and excellence as well as developing and empowering Human Resources which represent the pillar in the process of progress and development .
