Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and His Excellency Dr. Ian Borg, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects in the Republic of Malta have signed a memorandum of understanding to recognize and exchange the driving licenses issued by the UAE and Malta.
The MOU comes to reflect both sides’ firm belief in the depth of the relations between the two countries. The MOU also aims to facilitate the movement of holders of driving licenses issued by the relevant official authorities for the citizens of the two countries whether they visit or reside in the other country.
