Lt. General Saif Al Shafaar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, has opened on Monday afternoon the meeting of the online organized cybercrime experts held by the Ministry of Interior in collaboration with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime for GCC countries.

The online meeting is running for four days and will be attended by a number of notable experts and specialists from all over the world as well as law enforcement officials from the GCC countries, the Middle East and North Africa, in addition to 85 experts representing 31 countries and international organizations.


Lt. General Saif Al Shafaar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior conveyed the greetings of H.H. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and his well wishes of success and prosperity.

He pointed to the challenges and regional and international changes and the current conditions that the world is going through today, which effects the change in crime patterns and methods of committing it.
