Dhahi Khalfan heads the Police Command Council

The Council reviewed the risk assessment methodology, the form for analyzing the results of a number of worrisome crimes and their consequences, predicting the likelihood of such crimes, and preventive measures and measures by police leaders to confront them before and after their occurrence, with the aim of circulating them and unifying the procedures followed by setting up a unified matrix at the level of the Ministry of interior.
