Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the General Directorate of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior will organize on Wednesday the virtual 'Gender Balance' Forum. The Forum comes as part of the country's celebration of the Emirati Women Day to highlight women's achievements and empowerment in all domains. The event is held in accordance with the directives of the judicious leadership to realize gender balance at the workplace.
H.E. Shamma Al Mazroei, Minister of Youth, delivered an address during the forum in a recorded video. Also participated in the Forum H.E. Norra Suwaidi, Director-general of General Women's Union, H.E. Shamsa Saleh, Secretary General of the UAE Gender Balance Council, and Major Dr. Amal Sabah Qambar, head of employee happiness at the Ministry of Interior.
The MoI Happiness Department co-organized the forum with partners from the Federal Youth Authority, the General Women’s Union and Dubai Women Establishment.

The Forum was attended by Major General Dr. Ahmad Naser Al Raisi, MoI General Inspector, Major General Salem Ali Mubarak al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for resources and support services, Major General Mohammad Ahmad bin Ghanim al Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police, Major General Salem Shahin al Nuaimi, Director of the command affairs department at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Abdullah Khamis Al Hudaidi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ras al Khaima police, Brigadier Nasser Khadim al Kaabi, MoI Director General of Happiness and a number of officers from the Ministry of Interior.
