HE Lt. General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security, president of the council of police leaders, presided the 6th meeting of police leaders in the UAE for 2021. The virtual meeting was held today in presence of police leadership and MoI senior officers and discussed several items on its agenda related to policies and development plans implemented by the MoI. They also discussed a report on controls and standards as well as cyber protection in the UAE, harmonizing technical specifications according to benchmarking and international best practices in the field. An adequate security plan was put in place that provides the highest sense of security.
 
His Excellence congratulated Major General Khalifa Hareb al Khaili, in the name of the council, for his appointment as the MoI Undersecretary, wishing him all the best in his new position.
