The Regional Community police programs hosted by MoI concludes 

The second Regional Community police program to counter extremism hosted by MoI, in partnership with the Near East and South Asia strategic studies center at the National Defense University in Washington,  concluded after four days of various activities. The event presented and discussed themes related to enhancing community security through the concept of community police and the role of law enforcement in fighting extremism. 

All participating teams, speakers and experts were recognized for their contribution to the 2nd edition of the program that has succeeded in mobilizing international dialogue about pivotal police topics. 

The program also aims to exchange experiences and take stock of best practices in enhancing community security, limit negative phenomena and behaviors that could threaten the security of communities.

This international training programl lasted 4 days , with the participation of experts and specialists from all over the world. They discussed the best capacity-building ways that can help step up the efforts of governments represented by the police authorities.

The training program also discussed ways to strengthen institutional capacity to provide basic public service to protect society from extremism and enhance its security and stability
