The MoI held a coordination meeting at the Ministry quarters with its strategic partners to discuss topics related to homeland security operations, and handling emergencies, crises and disasters as they happen. 

The meeting is in line with the directives of HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, minister of interior, to enhance joint cooperation and coordination with the MoI strategic partners to ensure the safety and security of individuals and the community, achieve the MoI strategic goals, and guarantee business continuity to deliver the best services to the community

At the beginning of the meeting, which was chaired by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, he welcomed the participants and conveyed to them the greetings of His Highness the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

During it, the most important updates that were made to the Ministry of Interior's emergency plans were reviewed and discussed with partners.
