The anti-narcotics council looks into means to develop work and strategic indicators

H.E. Dhabi Khalfan Tamim, deputy chief of police and general security in Dubai, president of the anti-narcotics council, presided over the third virtual council meeting for 2022, in presence of Brigadier Saeed Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Federal General Directorate for anti-narcotics, deputy President of the council, heads of the national higher committees under the council, and several officials and anti-narcotics directors in the UAE.
 
The council passed in review the departments and division strategic KPIs for Q1 2022.

The council also discussed the results of the joint framework initiative for narcotics control in ports during 2022, that is implemented with the participation of all stakeholders to curb drug smuggling in the UAE. These are the MoI, CICPA under the armed forces and customs.
