The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Employee Happiness Department of the Happiness Directorate General, organized an introductory workshop via remote visual communication technology, for leaders and police sectors to explain the study on the environment readiness work for the future in the federal government.
The strategy coordinators in the general police headquarters in the country and various sectors of the Ministry of Interior participated in the workshop.
It aims to consolidate and activate the concept of happiness and achieve the requirements of the National Program for Happiness and Quality of Life, according to the Institutional Work Environment Questionnaire "Happiness and Quality of Life in the Work Environment" issued by the Cabinet Office.
