Major General Salem Ali al Shamsi, Assistant Undersecretary for resources and support services attended today, at the MoI headquarters, the recognition of 16 officers from different sectors at the Ministry who have ranked first and excelled in the initial, intermediate and higher leadership trainings.

The trainings were held during the second half of 2021 at the Police and technical sciences institute in cooperation with the Rabdan Academy, and the Horizon center for leadership development. 

The recognition, which was also attended by Col. Dr. Omar Ali, Director General of development and competencies at MoI, is a testimony the the Ministry’s insistance on motivating its employees, highlight their excellent efforts and enhancing performance.
