The Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Directorate of Happiness, obtained four intellectual properties for four exemplary practices in the provision of government services and raising the level of happiness and wellbeing of customers and the community. This comes as part of its continuous efforts to develop its services and provide proactive services to customers meeting their needs and preferences, and its keenness on excellence and leadership.
