Four MOI intellectual properties in providing government services, customers and society wellbeing

The Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Directorate of Happiness, obtained four intellectual properties for four exemplary practices in the provision of government services and raising the level of happiness and wellbeing of customers and the community. This comes as part of its continuous efforts to develop its services and provide proactive services to customers meeting their needs and preferences, and its keenness on excellence and leadership.

The first intellectual property was about designing the customer's journey to obtain the services of the Ministry of Interior and how to find out the challenges in the customer's journey and the mechanism of dealing with them.

As for the second intellectual property, it was for the Bin Wraiqa Service system, a smart system to help doctors and paramedics and facilitate their arrival to deal with emergency medical cases required by the nature of their job.
