The Ministry of Interior gave its website a facelift and developed its content with the advent of 2021. The new look com is in line with the vision of the UAE government, international standards and guidelines that ensure the quality of government websites.

The facelift included the look and design of the website and the pages with a user-friendly spirit according to the Federal Visual Identity Guidelines, ensuring the presence of basic elements, thus contributing to enhancing easy browsing, reading and navigation of the website regardless of the device being used. Devices may be desktop computers or mobile phones. 

The website provides smooth transition from one topic to another in a way that enhances user experience, as well as website content accessibility, and sharing across social media networks while ensuring the security and protection of information. This comes in keeping with the vision of the Federal Government aiming to improve the smart services and community communication platforms to help achieve the UAE Vision.

The website makeover also diversified the media content of the website by publishing initiatives and projects undertaken by the Ministry of Interior to prepare for the fiftieth anniversary of the state, thus intensifying the visual content and links to the Ministry’s accounts on social media networks.

The new enhancements include links to suggestion and service cards in order to raise customer satisfaction, enrich the content, improve the accuracy of information on websites, and revitalize online sharing which is an important factor in the online presence.
