The 4th Aqdar World Summit is set to kick off , under the slogan Positive Global Citizenship - Enabling Sustainable Investment Opportunities as part of its endeavors to continue the dissemination of values of civilized and human dialogue and positive citizenship and culture.

The UAE had previously hosted the first and second editions of the summit in 2017 and 2018 in the capital Abu Dhabi, while Moscow hosted the the third edition of the summit. With Expo 2020 well under way, the fourth edition of the summit is hosted by the global exhibition that brought all the cultures of the world together in one place, making it a universal summit in name, content, and objectives.

The summit is part of the initiatives rolled out by Khalifa Empowerment Program – Aqdar and will run from 24 October to 30 October 2021 at Expo in halls (1A and 1C) and Fazaa Pavilion. It will serve as a forum of civilized and cultural dialogue with a select group of specialists and decision makers and CEOs in both the government and private sectors. The first day will be held entirely in the Fazaa Pavilion at the Expo, located in the Mobility Area, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Building, the second floor.

The activities of the first day, which are open to all visitors from all nationalities, include the Aqdar round table in cooperation with the Federal Youth Foundation. A discussion about the role of modern media and social communication in promoting positive global citizenship. In addition ,a series of cultural cooperation forums will be held at the Positive Leadership Forum, after which the Emirati Credibility event will be held in partnership with the National and Reserve Service. Where Huda Al Matrooshi, the first Emirati woman who specializes in vehicle repair and owns a workshop, will speak.
