RAK police holds workshop on administrative operations at ministry of interior
The Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) police GHQ organized a workshop on the progress of administrative operations carried out at the Ministry of Interior.
The workshop was held at Martyr Tariq's building, RAK police and attended by Colonel Ali Mohammed Al Qarsi, director of Strategy and Performance Development, RAK Police, Lt. Colonel Ali Al Habsi, head of quality section at RAK police, Major Adel Al Shehhi, head of corporate excellence section, and a number of police officers and staff members.
Delivered by a visiting delegation from the ministry of interior chaired by Major Abdullah Al Ameri, the workshop explained the concept of administrative operations, the ways of adjusting the administrative operations implemented at the ministry with those carried out at RAK police. It also detailed the general framework of administrative operations and the methods of measuring performance indicators related to administrative operations.
The workshop has emphasized the need for implementing the ministry of interior's policies related to developing the administrative operations, and the need for reviewing the operational procedures and connecting them with the strategic indicators, to achieve more improvement.
The workshop was held in line with the ministry of interior's strategy which calls for effective work in order to attain the highest levels of excellence in security and police services, so that the UAE becomes one the safest countries in the world.
