Major General Dr. Jassem Muhammad Al Marzouqui, Civil Defense General Commander-in-Chief at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) attended the graduation ceremony of recruits of the Foundational International Course in Firefighting and Rescue organized by the Civil Defense Academy in Abu Dhabi.

The course lasted for 15 weeks and was attended by 54 civil defense staff members representing all regional civil defense departments in the UAE.
