Lt. General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, met on Thursday with H.E Boubou Cisse, Prime Minister of Mali, and Malian Minister of Security and Civil Protection, General Salif Traore, and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, both parties discussed several topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance and strengthen cooperation between the two countries, in policing and security areas.

The meeting was attended by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaiaili, Head of the Institutional Development Council at the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier Mohammed Hamid Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Secretary-General of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Interior. Also present were several officers from the ministry and members of the Malian Prime Minister’s accompanying delegation.

   وتم خلال اللقاء بحث عدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك خاصة في المجالات الأمنية والشرطية، وسبل تعزيز التعاون بين البلدين الصديقين في هذه المجالات وفرص وإمكانات تطويرها.

حضر اللقاء اللواء الركن خليفة حارب الخييلي رئيس مجلس التطوير المؤسسي بوزارة الداخلية، والعميد محمد حميد بن دلموج الظاهري الأمين العام لمكتب سمو وزير الداخلية  ، وعدد من ضباط الوزارة، وأعضاء الوفد الضيف المرافق.
