The Ministry of Interior (MoI) represented by the Law Respect Culture Bureau, organized a number of Community Coexistence Councils in line with the Ministry’s initiatives during the Year of Tolerance. It organized one council in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) where Sheikh Abdulmalek bin Kayed Al Qasimi, Special Adviser to the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah was the key speaker along with other participants. The council was moderated by the media personality Mohammed Ghanem. The second council was organized in cooperation with the Dubai police at the Bengal expatriates community in Dubai. The two councils shed light on means of promoting social responsibility; values of brotherhood, love, humanity and tolerance.
