Dr. Amal Al Qubaisi, President of the Federal National Council and Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, witnessed on Monday evening the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Interior and Smartmedical Corp, Japan, on the sidelines of the World Government Summit, 2017.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ohoud bint Khalfan Al Roumi, State Minister for Happiness, and Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zyoudi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment.
The agreement was signed by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha'far, undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior and CEO of Smartmedcial Corp, Japan.
Aiming to enhance cooperation between the two sides, the agreement allows the ministry of interior to avail the applications and technologies presented by the Japanese company in the field of enhancing happiness and positivity.
Present were also Brigadier Aziz Hmoud al Ameri, CEO for Happiness and positivity at the ministry of interior, as well as a number of ministers and officials from the Japanese company.
