The Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation conducted a benchmarking visit to the internal audit office, the Office of the Inspector General, at the Ministry of Interior to review best practices in anti-fraud, early notification, investigations, and internal audit to exchange expertise and improve working mechanisms.

During the meeting, Dr. Major Sa'ad Al Ma'mari, Head of the Internal Audit Office at the MoI presented a detailed illustration of the best practices applied in the fields of internal audit in the Ministry according to the international standards, the methodology, principles, and ethics of internal audit.
