The Directorate General of Competency Development represented by the Career Development Center at the Ministry of Interior organized a behavioral skills program for the staff of Punitive and Correctional Establishments from January 1 to September 1 2020 across the UAE.

The program targeted all employees, including officers, and individuals working in penal and correctional institutions UAE, and aims to develop the behavioral skills of workers in penal and correctional institutions, enhance the institutional values of the Ministry of Interior, enhance communication skills, effective communication and teamwork, develop affirmative behavior skills, and managing feelings and emotions And achieving the principles of law and human rights, in line with achieving the strategic objectives of MOI.
